Their staff were poor.

Staff was responsive, and the room was fully-equipped. Lovely view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were nice and for every budget. We had tasty breakfast plus excellant service. Nice garden outside.

Effective hotel, spotless, approaching staff and the beds were good. Room was normal double, bright. Small restaurant and pool bar available.

Recently renovated, absolutely charming rooms, absolutely perfect position. Although I got comfy bed and luxury bathroom, the views were really bad here.

No complains at all, thanks for a warm stay. Strategic location, nice bar, phenomenal staff. Silent rooms with absolutely fabulous lake view. I liked coffee, muffins, butter and tea for breakfast, overall it was gorgeous.

I had a pleasant enough time here and would come here again. I loved this truly exceptional hotel, its unbeatable location and incredibly nice stuff. Standard decor of the room.

luxurious room, breathtaking views and satisfactory breakfast! the staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay. hotel was fairly clean. bed was comfortable, staff was exceptionally nice. late check-out too.

It was perfect and very clean hotel. The administrator took action and helped with baggage. Greatly enjoyed on-site restaurant Taksim Terrace. Had a memorable stay, would recommend this place😀🙂

There was nothing I didnt like!

Friendly staff, GREAT breakfast, fantastic view. We loved slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. We had goodies and coffee at Noir Pit Coffee, it was located 4-6 minutes walking distance the venue.
